Dear Alumni,

Greetings. All is well here and hoping the same at your end too. Though it has been a long felt need from all of us to have a formal alumni association, due to various reasons, it has been delayed. Guess all good things do take time to get moving. This is the right time for all of us to meet once again and formally get networked. Although we do meet with our peers regularly let us now try to widen the circle of friendship (Let us get upgraded from LAN to WAN). Hope you are interested and enthusiastic as I am about this.

As a preliminary gesture, kindly indicate if you can make yourself available on any second Saturday when we can jam up for a clique cum dinner and also nominate/elect our office bearers. Based upon your response, a convenient date, time and venue would be indicated to you through our next communication or an advertisement in a local daily.
